Questions
Will my owners and guests see the StayKnit name?
Your owners sign in on your own address and see your logo, company name and colour on the sign-in page, owner portal and statements. A small "Powered by StayKnit" note may appear in the footer.
Can I change the software or its code?
No. StayKnit runs and maintains the software for every company, so you always get fixes and new features automatically. You control your branding and your data, not the code.
Is my data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every company only ever sees its own listings, bookings, owners and statements.
Can I start on a normal plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Your listings, bookings and owners stay exactly as they are when you move to Pro.
How is Pro billed?
In rand through Paystack, like the current plans. Early-access members lock in R1,499.99 a month (15 listings included) for as long as they stay subscribed; the normal price is R1,999.99. Pay monthly, every 6 months or yearly at the same monthly rate. The 6-month discount, yearly free months and referral free months do not apply to Pro or add-ons.
