StayKnit.org is a PMS (property management system) with a built-in channel manager: online software that runs bookings, direct bookings, prices, owner statements and staff, and keeps the calendars of short-stay and holiday rentals in sync across Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, Vrbo and other booking sites, so a unit is never booked twice.

Hosts and property managers connect each booking site to StayKnit once. From then on, bookings from every site appear on one calendar, and dates booked on one site are blocked on the others.

StayKnit began with properties like Pilgrims Inn: the software was built to solve the double bookings and admin that come with listing one rental on several sites.
