Managing 20+ listings: see each owner and property at a glance

A calendar grouped by owner

The calendar timeline now groups your listings under each owner. Fold an owner away when you do not need them, and their listings shrink into a single strip that still shows how busy they are. Tap "Only this" to focus on one owner, or use Expand all and Collapse all.

Tap a booking for the details

Every booking bar on the calendar opens a quick view with the listing, owner, dates, nights, booking site and price. From there you can edit the booking, set prices, open the listing on Airbnb or Booking.com, or show only that listing.

One property at a time on Home

Home has a new "By property" list, grouped by owner. Open a listing to see only its own upcoming stays. Arrivals, departures and direct bookings now load in short pages, so you are not scrolling for ages, and the top bar and tab bar stay on screen while you scroll.

Invoice a direct booking in two taps

Each direct booking on Home now has an Invoice button. Create the invoice with your banking details, email it, download the PDF, send it on WhatsApp or mark it paid without leaving Home. Your own logo prints at the top of the invoice.

• Add your logo in Marketing → Your branding.
• Set your banking details and invoice numbering in Finances → Guest invoices.
• Guest card payments now live in Finances too, next to your invoices.

See what your owners see

Switch to the owner view and pick any of your owners from the "Viewing as owner" list. You see their portal and statements exactly as they do, so you can check the numbers before they ask.
